9. Animal Welfare and Control
Owners and Occupants must keep domestic pets confined to their own property or on-leash in common areas, control noise from barking dogs or other pets, and must pick up their pet’s feces within the Common Areas immediately.
Owners are responsible for ensuring that their Guests, renters, and other Occupants of their property comply with this rule.
Upon observing a violation, Area Supervision personnel must inform Owners,
Occupants, and any members of the public of the requirements of this Rule. Area Supervision personnel or the Managing Agent may also issue an appropriate Notice of Violation or take other appropriate action.
Loose animals that cannot be returned to their owners in a reasonable time and manner must be removed by Area Supervision personnel in a humane manner.
