If the Owner fails to demolish the structure and restore the lot, then the Administrators may proceed with such work and the cost for such work shall be paid for by the Owner. If the structure is deemed sound by the engineer but is unfinished, the Administrators may recommend and the Master Assembly and the affected Subregime Surveillance Committee may require an acceptable exterior finish or that the entire site be enclosed with a finished plaster and painted wall. The exterior or wall must be maintained in good repair by the Owner. The Owner will be given 90 days to complete the work. If the Owner fails to complete the work, the Administrators may proceed with such work at the expense of the Owner.
