10. Assessments and Payments

Owners are responsible to pay assessments and any fees, fines or other amounts due in a timely manner as approved by the Managing Agent. Monthly assessments received after the 20th of the month are late.

Unless otherwise approved by the Managing Agent, only one Owner per unit may be designated as responsible for financial matters when there are multiple Owners. The Managing Agent may not provide split billings nor accept payments from multiple Owners, unless required for good cause.
