24. Notices and Assemblies

Notice Provisions and Calls to Assembly

The requirements for notices and calls to Assemblies specified in the Loreto Bay Master Condominium Rules and Regulations will be satisfied as follows:

24A. Notice by Email

When (1) an Owner is registered in the Master Condominium’s Owners registration book (also known as Owners and Visitors Registration Book), and (2) such Owner has provided an email address, and (3) such Owner has been designated as the Owner to receive calls to the Master Condominium Assembly, notice of any call to a Master Condominium Assembly will be provided to such Owner by sending same to the most recent email address provided by the Owner. The Administrators must cause a record to be kept of such notification and the date and time on which it occurred, and the record must be maintained in the Administrators Office for a period of five years or for such longer period as may be required by the Law.

24B. Notice by Posting

When (1) an Owner is registered in the Master Condominium’s Owners registration book (also known as Owners and Visitors Registration Book), and (2) no email address has been provided, notice of any call to a Master

Condominium Assembly will be provided to such Owner by posting it at the Owner’s Private Unit in Loreto Bay. Notice will be deemed effective and sufficient when posted in a prominent location on the Owners property in the presence of two witnesses. Administrators must cause a record to be kept of the names and addresses of such witnesses, as well as the date and time on which the posting occurred, and the record must be maintained in the Administrators Office for a period of five years or for such longer period as may be required by the Law.

24C. Notice by Publication

In addition to any other notice provided, notice of any call to a Master Condominium Assembly will be provided by publication in all official web sites maintained by the Master Condominium and the call must also be fixed in a visible area of the Administrators Office and at least one other visible area within the Master Condominium. Administrators must cause a record to be kept of such publication, as well as the date and time on which publication occurred, and the record must be maintained in the Administrators Office for a period of five years or for such longer period as may be required by law. Notice to Those that ARE NOT REGISTERED: In the case those Owners that are not registered in the Owners registration book (also known as the Owners and Visitors Registry Book), notification made according to this paragraph will be sufficient for all legal purposes.
