13. Review of Documents

Owners have the right to review the governing documents, books, records, and financial statements and other records of the Administrators’ activities, except that confidential or private information may be redacted from the documents before such review.

These materials may be provided by email, if available in PDF form, in hard copies shipped to the requesting party at their expense, or may be reviewed in the Administrators Office in Loreto Bay.

The Managing Agent may charge the requesting Owner administrative, copying, and mailing costs for the requested materials.
