Address and Contact Information
Owners must keep their address and contact information, including email addresses, current with the Managing Agent so that Owners receive timely information of current assessments, special assessments, and any other issues of ownership. Failure to do so may result in fines, unpaid or late billing fees, interest charges, and failure to receive notice of the requirements of Administrators Rules and other rules or policies of the Master Condominium as they are amended.
