15. Real Estate Transfers
Real Estate Transfers and Sales
All real estate transfers must comply with the Loreto Bay Master Condominium Rules and Regulations. Real estate sales within Loreto Bay are subject to a Transfer Fee payable to the Master Condominium Regime.
Upon receipt of the Transfer Fee, the Managing Agent must provide a complete set of Loreto Bay Master Condominium Rules and Regulations, the Sub-Condominium Rules, the Design Review Guidelines and the Administrators Rules documents to the Buyer. The new Owner must complete an information sheet that will be used to update Condominium Regime information.
