The Managing Agent will schedule regular trash pick-ups from the trash containers placed throughout the Common Areas for the removal of residential trash. Commercial trash will be handled in accordance with rules for commercial trash.
Owners and Occupants must separate trash according to published recycling standards.
The Managing Agent has the discretion to schedule and charge Owners for the removal of excess trash placed in receptacles, including but not limited to furniture boxes, packing materials, plastic sheeting, wrapping paper, moving materials, construction trash, and yard waste. Owners or Occupants who give advance notice of the need for a special pickup will be charged the actual cost of the special pickup. Owners or Occupants who deposit excess trash without advanced notice will be charged the Excess Trash fine in addition to the special pickup cost.
